Do you have a physical store?

Yes. A showroom is available at 312 avenue de la couronne des prés 78680 Epone by appointment and the store at 10 rue des jeuneurs 75002 Paris is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Is it possible to receive fabric samples?

Yes, it is possible to receive samples of each fabric. Each sample is a 10cm x 10cm square.

Is it possible to reorder a fabric that is no longer available?

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card (Carte bleue, Visa, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.

Are purchases secure?

Credit card transactions on our website are perfectly secure. Our site uses the SSL secure encryption protocol, which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
If SSL is enabled, you will notice in your browser's URL address bar that the address begins with "https" rather than the traditional "http". This means you are browsing securely.

Delivery

What are the delivery rates?

• €5.90 for relay point or €7.90 for home delivery if your order total is less than €85
• Shipping is free if your order total exceeds €85

What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed within a maximum of 2 days. Your parcel will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days following the order date (excluding weekends, promotional periods and August).

For any parcel not collected at a relay point, we offer a new delivery of your choice (home or relay point) for half the original price. Either €2.95 for relay point or €3.95 for home delivery.

Orders

I forgot an item in my order, what should I do?

Once your order is confirmed, if you wish to add a product, contact us as quickly as possible by phone at tel:+33616577486 or by mailto:contact@sotissus.com to see if it is still possible.

I want to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. However, if your order is being prepared or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

RETURNS

Return my order

You have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your order to return your purchases for store credit if they do not suit you. Return shipping is at your expense.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused. To make a return, the customer must follow this procedure:

Inform us of the return by email at contact@sotissus.com
Prepare the parcel containing the products, the invoice and indicate the returned products. Please do not open or use the product to ensure a smooth credit and facilitate the work of our logistics.
Products must be protected to arrive at our premises in perfect condition.

Products must be returned to So Tissus in perfect resale condition, in their original state (packaging, instructions...) duly sealed and unopened.

Any incomplete, damaged, used product, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated, will be neither refunded as credit nor exchanged.

Once your return is processed and validated, we will issue a credit on your order.

We only process refunds in cases of defects on our part:

- Holes

- Stains

- Cutting defects

In all other cases of return, we issue a credit valid for 1 year.
