About Us

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! We have a showroom at 312 avenue de la Couronne des Près, 78680 Épone by appointment, and a store at 10 rue des Jeûneurs, 75002 Paris open Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Can I get some samples?

Yes, you can order a sample of each fabric (10x10 cm square) directly from the product page or via our samples collection.

A fabric is no longer available, will it be back in stock?

We work exclusively with end-of-roll fabrics, so there are no restocks (except in exceptional cases). However, we regularly receive new and very similar fabrics: send us a photo via DM on @sotissus_com or by email, and we'll suggest what's closest.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL protocol and processed by Shopify Payments, which complies with the highest banking standards.

Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

  • Collection Point: €5.90 (free for purchases over €85)
  • Home Delivery: €7.90 (free for purchases over €85)

What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and August).

For any package not collected at a relay point, we offer a second delivery at half price: €2.95 at a relay point, €3.95 for home delivery.

Order

I forgot an item, can I add it?

Contact us as soon as possible by email contact@sotissus.com or by Instagram DM. If the order has not yet been prepared, we can often add to it.

How do I change my order?

Write to us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can modify it. Once it has been shipped, it is too late.

Do you take orders over the phone?

Yes, we are available for any information and order placement at +33 6 16 57 74 86.

Returns & refunds

How do I return my order?

You have 14 days after receipt to return your order for a credit note. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Procedure:

  1. Notify us by email at contact@sotissus.com
  2. Include the invoice with the package and note the returned products
  3. The product must be in its original, unopened, unused condition

We will send you the current return address by reply email.

When am I reimbursed rather than credited?

Refunds are only issued in the event of a fault on our part: holes, stains, cutting defects. In all other cases, we will issue a credit note valid for 1 year.
